The doors of Southern Reporting, Inc. are always open to attorneys who need a base of operations while in Columbia, South Carolina for a deposition or other legal proceeding.

Everyone needs a friendly face and a warm smile. That’s just what we’ve got for you when you come to the Columbia area. We know what it’s like to miss your office when you’re away from home. That’s why we want to be your office away from home. At no cost to you, we offer the following amenities:

Computer (if needed – you can borrow it, but you can’t have it)
Conference room (for meetings, interviews, or depositions)
Telephone (no charge for long distance)
Incoming and outgoing faxes (no charge for long distance)
Office supplies (pens, pads, paper clips, etc.)
Coffee, tea, bottled water, and soft drinks (or any other non-alcoholic drink of your choice; just give us enough lead time to get it there before your arrival)

If you’re planning to be in town all day or only for a couple of hours, please feel free to stop by and enjoy some of our true Southern hospitality. If you’ll give us your arrival time, we’ll have the cookies coming out of the oven as you walk through the door.

If you expect your stay will be overnight or longer, we’ll be happy to offer suggestions (and make reservations) for dining, or help you find your preferred lodging provider closest to where you will be spending the majority of your time.

We can get breakfast, lunch, or dinner reservations for you (and your guests) at the prestigious Summit Club, if you like.

If you don’t want the hassles of traveling here for a deposition, just have the deponent and other local attorneys come to our office for a videoconference. Just let us know where you’re going to be, and we will find the videoconferencing suite closest to where you are. Other out-of-town attorneys can join the deposition by videoconference, too.
