Video and Audio Recording

Our experienced court reporters can make a quality video or audio recording of any hearing, arbitration, mediation, deposition, or other meeting or event.

Condensed Transcripts

Transcripts of lengthy hearings or meetings can be heavy to carry or transport in their complete, hard-copy form.  At American Reporting Service, we can create a condensed transcript, which is lighter and easier to manage.  The condensed transcript reduces the size of each page image, allowing the reader to see multiple pages of the transcript on each single sheet of paper.

ASCII Diskettes

When attorneys and others need an electronic copy of a transcript, rather than a paper copy, our court reporters can provide ASCII floppy disks.  These disks are also an alternative way to avoid carrying around a heavy hard copy of a transcript.

Alphabetical Transcript Indexing

Our diligent court reporters have many years of experience creating accurate and intuitive transcript indexes.  Our indexing allows users to easily navigate our transcripts and quickly locate the information they need.

Conference Room Availability

Conference space is available in our offices for clients to hold depositions, mediations, or other meetings.  We offer a space that is clean, quiet, and professional.  At this time, we do not offer video conferencing.
